Twenty people were killed. And most of them were foreigners. They have been killed in an attack on a cafe in Bangladesh. Gunmen stormed the Holey Artisan Bakery cafe in Dhaka late on Friday July 1 before troops entered almost 12 hours later. Nine Italians, seven Japanese and one US citizen and an Indian also died.
